REturn pOLICY & sHIPPING informatioN

RETURN POLICY

The Steal Vault recognizes that returns are important to our customers and we will gladly accept returns for damaged goods or items misrepresented on our site. Your complete satisfaction is paramount to us so if you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase please contact us immediately upon your dissatisfaction via email and a member of our customer care department will assist you with your complaint, we are very fair and reasonably understanding with your issues and will always find a way to make sure you are completely satisfied.  

The Steal Vault 100% guarantees your satisfaction and will back the quality and authenticity of your purchase as indicated on TheStealVault.com authenticity promise. All items eligible for returns must be returned with a requested and approved Item Approval Number that MUST be acquired within 14 days of the shipment date. All returns must then be shipped within 21 days of delivery. Items received after 21 days, without the Item Approval Number, security tags, company or authentication tags (either missing or removed) cannot be returned. However, we would be happy to reconsign them for you or you will be issued a company credit for all on line and in store purchases. Our company credits do not expire.

The Steal Vault keeps detailed images and descriptions of our entire inventory up to 30 days on each item sold to verify condition as stated in our item descriptions. ANY AND ALL ITMES SOLD “AS IS” are 100% non-returnable.   

We apologize in advance but we limit the amount of returns from our customers to (3) returns annually. While we understand your desire to purchase and return at will…you will be issued a store credit on your forth return for anything other than damaged merchandise.   

SHIPPING INFORMATION
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated for any returns. Someone from our customer care department will email you regarding your return and provide you will all necessary information and instructions once your returned is approved. Any merchandise returned without an Item Approval Number will not be accepted as a valid return.
